Responsibilities

• Conduct experiments to improve NLP model performance

• Implement machine learning algorithms into mobile apps

• Work with other teams to test new features and incorporate feedbacks into each iteration

Software Engineer Requirements

• Minumum: Strong foundation in data structure and algorithm. Basic knowledge of JavaScript/Typescript.

• Preferred: Experience in Native iOS/Android Development and/or cross-platform frameworks such as React Native and Flutter.

Machine Learning Engineer Requirements

• Minumum: A solid understanding in machine learning and statistical inference.

• Preferred: Have taken CS189/STAT154 or other equivalent ML courses. Project or research experience in Natural Language Processing or general machine learning.

Design Team

If you have a user-centered mindset and interested in brainstorming and designing product features — Join us @ the UX design team!

Responsibilities

• Research and design the user flow & interface

• Work closely with content and front-end developers to design and implement features

• Facilitate user interviews and iterate the designs through user feedback

Preferred qualifications

• Knowledge in human-centered design

• Experience with Figma and Adobe design tools

• Experience with HTML/CSS is a plus

Product Growth Team

• Business: Conduct market research & develop pitch deck and proposals

• Conduct professional research on mental healthcare topics and develop exercise scopes.

• Design fully developed exercises based upon secondary research and peer reviews

• Create personalized features to enhance the interactivity among users and Echo

• Collaborate with Design Team to digitalize developed exercises
